TCYFA is pleased to offer a new method of payment for the various products offered by the league.
You can use a debit / credit card or use a PayPal account. Just follow the directions below to create your “shopping cart” of products and pay through the PayPal pages. If you are purchasing a registration, please bring your paid receipt to the official football registration. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s safe!
Some things to note:
- PayPal charges for this service. To cover this expense, you will be charged a 5% shipping fee for using this feature.
- It is your responsibility to enter the correct amounts. If you underpay, you will need to provide cash or a check for the underpayment amount before TCYFA can supply the product. If you overpay, TCYFA will refund the overpayment but it may take up to two weeks to provide you with a check.
- If you are paying for a registration and are registering multiple children, you can only pay for one activity at a time. The multi-player discount codes only support either flag or tackle, not both at the same time.
- Using this feature only pays for the product (i.e. registration). You will still need to work with a TCYFA representative and / or attend registration events to complete the purchase of your products.
Instructions:
- Click on the button next to the appropriate product. For registrations, you can choose either Flag, 5/6 Tackle, Non 5/6 Tackle, or Tackle Scholarship. Each has a different registration fee. Note that pre-approval from the TCYFA board is required before registering for a Tackle Scholarship.
- A new screen will open up with your shopping cart items.
- Click on additional buttons as needed to add items to your shopping cart.
- When your shopping cart has the correct line items for your purchase needs, adjust the quantity associated with each line item. For example, if you are registering one 5/6 year old, one 7/8 year old, and one 9/10 year old, you should enter a quantity of 1 in the 5/6 Tackle line and 2 in the Non 5/6 Tackle line.
- If paying for registrations, enter the appropriate discount code to apply the family multi-player registration discounts to the total. The code consists of the number of siblings followed by the first letter of the activity. For example, if you are registering 3 siblings for tackle, you will enter 3T. If you are registering 4 siblings for flag, you will enter 4F. Note that the discount calculator may add an extra penny to your discount. This is acceptable to TCYFA. Also note that scholarships are not adjusted per the multi-player discounts. Please do not enter a discount code if paying for a scholarship.
- You will need to enter your zip code to calculate shipping. Shipping is the additional 5% fee needed to cover the costs for PayPal and the shopping cart feature.
- When you have correctly entered the information for your family’s selections, click on the Checkout / PayPal button within the shopping cart. This will direct you to the PayPal screens.
- Complete the transaction in PayPal. You can elect to just use your credit card outside of PayPal by selecting the “Continue” link on the left side of the page or you can login to PayPal and complete the transaction using your PayPal account.
- PayPal will send you a receipt of the payment. Print this receipt and bring it to a TCYFA representative to complete your purchase.
